NO GOAL IS TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL
I have been involved in health and fitness in some way whether it has been participating in sporting activity or being educated in the science of sports and exercise. I am highly enthusiastic about using my experiences and expertise in health, sport and fitness to help motivate others achieve their individual goals.
I am a semi-professional footballer, enjoy running (participated in Great North Runs), play golf and enjoy many other sporting activities. I am a very sociable and outgoing person and a firm believer that finding the right mix of enjoyment and hard work is the best way to achieve goals.
I am a REP’s qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer
REPs, or The Register of Exercise Professionals is an independent pubic register which recognises the qualifications and expertise of personal trainers and other instructors in the UK.

In addition to this I have a BA honours degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Science which I believe to be a vital addition to the knowledge gained as a PT.
Having such a degree I have the advanced scientific knowledge of how sport and exercise positively affects the body.
