Ben Johnson (Head Personal Trainer and Owner)

Ben has been involved in health and fitness in some way for over 16 years now, whether this has been participating in sporting activity (Running Marathons - PB 3hr2min, Half-Marathons PB – 1hr 20min, Playing for Middlesbrough FC Academy and enjoying golf) or being educated in the science of sports and exercise at university (BA Honours in Applied Sport and Exercise Science).  Ben sees great pleasure in helping people achieve their goals via motivation, education and dedication.  Ben is highly enthusiastic about using his experiences and expertise in health, sport and fitness to help create the best mobile personal training service to the north east.  Ben's hobbies include runnung, football, golf, outdoor workouts, travelling and snowboarding.

Nathan Rowland (Personal Trainer)

From a very young age Nathan found myself competing nationally in athletics.  From here he went on to receive an Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (AASE) in Rugby League, competing nationally in championship u23's with Gateshead Thunder which lead to being selected for the u20's England AASE team against Wales.

Since leaving rugby Nathan have been perfecting ways for him to use his dedication, motivation and knowledge to help others become the fittest versions of themselves by specialising in personal training, nutritional guidance and sports massage.

Liam Dixon

Liam has been involved in the sport industry for many years. He is a qualified sports coach as well as a personal trainer. Liam has gained experience playing professional sport as a cricketer for Durham University and understands the physical demands required to perform at an elite level. Liam is very passionate about physical fitness and takes great pleasure in participating and motivating others to take part and reach their personal goals.
