How the Online Programmes Work?


Online training and nutrition programmes including my training system and meals guide. The meal guides are personalised to every client dependant on their calorie needs. As you sign up (above) via PayPal and return your completed lifestyle questionnaire, food diary and current body images (which are 100% confidential and only shared after your full consent) your information will be analysed and within 7 working days you will have Phase 1 of your tailored training and nutrition programme.


Ben Johnson Nutrition Plan



After each phase you will submit your progress images and updated measurements so that we can prepare your next phase with any nutritional changes needed to match your progress! This will be with you within 5 working days.


All training phases consist of bodyweight HIIT exercises and resistance band exercises which can be done anywhere! The only piece of equipment you need along with your programme are resistance bands, we suggest buying them from HERE

Depending on your programme choice and the lifestyle info we receive will determine your training and phases, all tailored to you!
